6. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bet details. Subject to other provisions in these terms, once a bet is placed and we confirm the acceptance of the user's bet, it constitutes the final confirmation of the bet. The user may not cancel, withdraw, or modify the bet details.
7. All bets are recorded in the transaction record database, and the transaction records serve as the final confirmation of all related transactions and bets.

16. If an obvious error or system malfunction causes incorrect odds, indices, or spreads on a user’s bet, the bet or part of the multi-bet will be invalid. 17. We do not accept multiple bets on the same event from a user.
18. For any bet and related transactions, we have the final decision-making authority, and our decision will be conclusive and binding.

The user hereby acknowledges and agrees that the game software obtained through connected devices for remote use, or by any other means, from the game website is part of the game services and remains the property of the game service provider or its licensors. The user does not have any rights to this game software. 4. The user acknowledges and agrees that the game software provided on the game website, or through connected devices or other means, is owned by the game service provider and its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property and patent rights. The user further acknowledges that the structure, organization, and source code of the game software are valuable trade secrets of the game service provider and its licensors. The user acknowledges that, except for the rights granted to the user under the usage rights, the user has no other rights or interests in the game software or related user files.
5. Upon termination of this agreement for any reason, the usage rights granted under this agreement will automatically become void, and the user must stop using the game software and uninstall it from the connected device.
1. If the user is using a credit card or debit card, the cardholder's name must match the name used during the membership registration and application process. If the cardholder's name does not match the name used during the account registration and membership application, we reserve the right to refuse to settle the related transaction.
2. The user is fully responsible for paying all amounts owed to or by other users (as applicable). The user agrees not to request or encourage any refunds, not to refuse or cancel any payments, and to repay all refunded, rejected, or canceled payments, along with any losses or costs arising from them. At our discretion, we reserve the right to terminate services or payments to individual users or users making payments with certain credit or debit cards.
3. For all types of events or bets, the maximum payout amount per day per member is USD 1,500,000 (excluding the bet amount) or other equivalent currencies. Below are the maximum payout amounts for individual sports as a reference:
（1）Football and Basketball – USD 1,500,000 or other equivalent currencies
（2）Tennis, American Football, Baseball, Ice Hockey, Rugby, Volleyball – USD 300,000 or other equivalent currencies
（3）Other Sports – USD 200,000 or other equivalent currencies
（4）Novel Markets – USD 25,000 or other equivalent currencies
（5）Parlay bets involving different sports levels will be limited by the lowest payout amount of the involved sports levels.
4. For Casino bets, the maximum payout to any member is USD 600,000 (or other equivalent currencies based on the exchange rates published by our bank). For Financial bets, the maximum payout to any member is USD 180,000 (or other equivalent currencies based on the exchange rates published by our bank).
5. Payouts do not include the bet amount; users should consider this factor when placing bets.
6. Payouts will be credited to the user's account. We are not liable for any errors that occur during the process of crediting funds or payouts to the account and reserve the right to declare any transactions involving such funds invalid at any time or retrospectively. If the user notices any discrepancies in the credited amount, they are responsible for notifying us immediately.
7. The user is responsible for paying any applicable taxes and fees on the winnings under the relevant laws.
1. After settlement, the user’s winnings will be credited to their account. The specific withdrawal methods are subject to our withdrawal regulations, and the user must present a valid, government-issued ID or a credit/debit card recognized by us.
2. If permitted by the issuing bank of the user's credit or debit card, the winnings may be directly deposited into the same credit or debit card account used for depositing funds. For checks or wire transfers, the recipient will be the name used during membership registration or application. If the deposit was made using a credit or debit card, the recipient must also be the registered cardholder of the credit or debit card.
1. All promotions, rewards, and special offers are subject to these terms and any specific regulations established for each promotion or offer. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or modify such rewards or promotions or their related rules and terms at any time.
2. If it is determined that someone is abusing or attempting to abuse a promotion or reward, or may profit from such abusive behavior, we reserve the right to block, refuse, suspend, or revoke any user’s participation in the related promotion or reward in any manner we deem appropriate.
The user agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless [company name], its shareholders, employees, officers, directors, licensors, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, or agents from any losses, damages, claims, and liabilities (including reasonable legal fees) caused by the user's connection to the game website, downloading or installing game software, placing bets, or otherwise using the game services, game software, or game information, or for any breach of these terms or the game rules.

8. If the user has any disputes regarding the result of any game or event, they must submit a written complaint to us within fourteen (14) days after the announcement of such results. In the event that the transaction result displayed on the user's connected device does not match the transaction records stored in the system (though such an occurrence is unlikely), the user agrees that the transaction result certified by our technical director, as recorded in the system's transaction records, shall be considered conclusive and indisputable evidence of the result.

If there is sufficient reason to believe or prove any of the following circumstances, in addition to other rights enjoyed under these terms, we have the right, at our discretion, to declare any winnings invalid, confiscate the balance in the user’s betting account, terminate this agreement, or suspend the provision of game services / freeze the user's account:
（1）The user has more than one active account;

（9）The user’s deposit originates from criminal activity or other illegal or unauthorized activities;
（10）The user is found to be committing or attempting fraud, or has already defrauded anyone, or has been found to use specially designed artificial intelligence or other systems (including mechanical, computer, software, or other automated systems) to interfere with or disrupt the system, or is found to be colluding with other players or attempting to collude with other players to cheat or deceive;
（11）The user allows (whether intentionally or not) others to use their account;
（12）The user fails to comply with any usage regulations under this agreement;
（13）The user fails to inform us that they are located in the Philippines, Taiwan, the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, France, Guadeloupe, Guyane, Martinique, or Réunion.
2. This clause ensures that we can suspend or terminate a user's account and services in situations where there is a breach of policy or legal concerns.

If any provision or part of any provision is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by an appropriate authority, such provision or part shall be severed to the extent of its invalidity, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
